Operational Issues

I currently run a consulting practice, JFM OPS Consulting LLC (www.jfmops.com), that focuses on assisting companies with their operational controls and departmental coordination. I can help these companies grow intelligently while monitoring their financial issues by working with the senior management on operational and strategic issues, as a 'COO for hire'.

My strength is an exceptional ability to execute on a strategy by working/managing across all functional lines of a company, while staying focused on the biggest challenge, cash management.

My blog will consist of operational topics that companies are dealing with. I will provide my thoughts/suggestions based on my past experiences. My career has centered around dealing with managing the day-to-day operations of companies. I will provide real-life examples within my topics.
